We keep our delivery rates simple and straightforward:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: £4.99 GBP on all orders.
  • Shipping Destination: We ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom.

2. Order Processing & Transit Times

To ensure you know exactly when your package will arrive, we break our delivery times down into handling (processing) time and transit (travel) time:

  • Order Handling Time: 0–1 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are generally processed the same day or the next business day.
  • Transit Time: 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 2–5 business days from the moment you place your order.

Please note: Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or public bank holidays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will automatically send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s journey directly via our delivery partner’s portal.
